  • Notes Manager


    The Note Manager lets the user recuperate, modify, add or draw one or multiple notes contained in a field file, an ASCII file or on screen. One or multiple notes are linked to a Pcod, which is linked to a point number and is drawn on the plan on the left side of the graphic; and according to the "Notes" attributes defined in the Pcode (max. 255 characters).

  • Elements Tree, Scale Factor applied on arcs and polylines


    Creation of the functions PLINE and ARC from the menus "Drawing / Elements Tree" and "Drawing / Lines List" lets the user apply a scale factor in the drawing of the polylines while maintaining the same operating process as AutoCAD®.

  • List of Texts


    This option enables multiline text capability.
    A "Pivot" function allows the rotation of a text according to a rotation angle. A "Switch" function helps switching the contents of two texts particularly in the case of the place of an azimuth and a distance.
    When modifying the drawing scale, automatic modifications of the size of the blocs and the texts occurs in order to adjust to the new scale.

    A block can be filled with the document object from the Land Document Management Software, VisionDoc.

    VisionPlus makes it possible to draw part of a building, a building's annex or a balcony without having to close the figure.

  • Standard


    New standard can be created from an existing one.
    Configuration.mdb file can be renamed and be recognized by VisionPlus.

  • Point / Created at extremities


    When the graphic element is a curve, VisionPlus creates and saves the coordinate of the centre of the curve in the descriptive file.

  • Global Parameter


    When creating a file by choosing the option "Management by project"  a drawing file is created according to the path (volume and directory) the user selects, automatically a descriptive file is created in the same directory.

  • Point Processing


    VisionPlus can localize a point on the drawing.
    It can modify a point on the drawing in planimetry and altimetry.
    It can build a list of points from an on-screen selection (fence) in order to include them in the drawing or send them to a text file.
    VisionPus can draw points while considering multiple conditions such as Pcode and point intervals, a point and a radius and/or a fence.
    It can draw "ALPHA" points.
    It has the option to add the "by fence" condition to other conditions of the function.

  • Parcels Legal Description


    This function makes it possible to draw parcels from points, lines, poly-lines, labels bearings, distances and area. Curves can be defined by left or right radius or centor or by drawing. Legal descriptions are automatically created from parcels with custom models.

  • Tree Elements


    A tree of elements can be built enabling the user to regroup all the tools (lines, texts, cells) under one category.

  • List of lines


    Lists can be shown using the "convert" button.
    A function makes it possible to inverse line motifs.

  • Building Dynamic Siting


    This wonderfull function can draw dynamically the backup margins of a building when moving it or when rotating it around a parcel.

  • Sinuous Lines


    P olylines (for water edges for instance) are integrated in the definition and the drawing of parcels.

  • Automatic Rotation


    VisionPlus makes it possible to use a fence to do an automatic rotation of the points.
